    Hello,
    I am currently testing your plugin for generating Critical CSS and I have a couple of questions:

    1. How does the plugin identify the CSS that is above the fold?
    2. Is it possible to specify the width and height dimensions for the critical CSS extraction? I am particularly interested in optimizing for mobile devices.
