inputs (conditional logic) not selected appear in the email form

    Version of VFB Pro: 2.1.2

    Hi, I bought, installed and tried VFB Pro. I tested with a selection of inputs (conditional logic) and the list I get on the Email form displays all possibilities of the form, not just the ones I tick.
    How can I get the form to list only the fields ticked on the form?

    This way is impossible for me to know what the user of the form wants, because all options appears on the email.

  • I would also like to know the answer to this question. I am having the same problem with the email output show all conditional logic fields. Is there a way to show only the ones that were clicked on? I have purchased the pro version using version 2.0.1

    Do you mean it does not work? Is the conditional logic (the functionallity we paid for) useless then? That’s the only reason why we got the pro version…

    What? No.

    The conditional logic works fine. You are asking about the email and if there’s a way to not include empty data.

    So how I find out what my costumers want from my company when I get a wrong email?
    Maybe I am misunderstanding something here.

    Please see the vfb_skip_empty_fields filter to remove empty data from the email.

    Hi Matthew, I have the very same question. I have multiple choices within a field and when I give it conditional logic, the form looks great. The email that I receive gives me everything and I don’t need to see all the fields. So, I am very limited with php and css knowledge and have watched your YouTube video demonstrations. Four months ago you stated that we needed to “stay tuned”. I would really like to clean up the information that I receive in the email so learning how to add the “vfb_skip_empty_files” would be very helpful. I have looked through my entire plugins editor in WordPress and just not comfortable writing “vfb…” without some proper education. Please help soon! Thanks
