Input validation bug when typing the quantity value

    When im using the controls to increase & decrease the quantity everything works fine, but when im typing the value, after one second it gets decreased by the step value.
    For example I have set the step to be .1, if type the quantity value to like 2, after one seconds it gets 1.9.
