    Hi Team,

    Thanks for this awesome plugin.

But we are facing a problem here, that the form input text doesn’t show up when the site is opened in Safari browser (not in Desktop, mobile or tablet).

Could you please help me with this at the earliest? Making it work is really important for us.

Hope to hear from you soon
    Thanks
    Lavanya

  • Hi Lavanya @fauxboard10,

I opened up your site on several devices, including an iPhone (with Safari) and an Android phone (with Chrome), and it looks like your site is hiding all content below your “Diva’s Global Family” section. So — not just the “Register Now” form, but also the sections titled “Testimonials” and “Contact us for more information”.

From what I can see, it looks like these sections are being hidden when https://divasgupta.com/mobile-home/ is loaded. When I try to open your URL above (https://divasgupta.com) it is automatically directed to that mobile-specific URL.

Based on this, there doesn’t seem to be any issue with the form — rather, there’s something on your site loading a different homepage on smaller devices. That mobile homepage does not include the same sections you’re loading on larger devices.

The best next step is for you to check on any mobile-specific settings you have set up on your site. Since most sites don’t load a unique URL for mobile devices, you might have a plugin that’s running this for you, or some other custom setup.

I hope this helps you to get things back on track!

    Hi Jess,

    Thanks for your reply.

You are right here.. I am using a plugin called equivalent mobile redirect for letting this happen deliberately. I have had made 2 diffetent pages for both the devices to make it function that way. This thing apart.. i am quite sure this is not causing any issue with the form.

Please suggest me something why is this happening only with the safari browser. I have used wp-form in the last section of this page here – https://divasgupta.com
    (on desktop).

    Thanks

    Hi @fauxboard10,

Did you manage to resolve the issue? It looks like the form input text are showing up correctly for me on Safari (see screenshot here).

    Hi Ethan,

Yea, I was able to solve the issue. Once I reduced the line-height of the input text to zero it starting showing up correctly on the safari browser. And it was already working fine on all of the others.
