Input text not displaying in cart and chackout

Hi there,
I’m using WC Fields Factory and the new fields are not shown in cart and checkout page.
As you can see here https://www.dropbox.com/s/mdr4c93sobsdrxn/field.png?dl=0 I did all the right settings. Do you know why I have this problem?Thanks and kind regards
