Input saveral rows with calculations

Hi,

I have a pdf(text+tables with few pages) and want to automatically fill it with input from a person buying the service from my website.
input will be like a table (invoice number,type, amount). There will be several invoices.
invoices will be grouped by type and we will use the total/group amount in the form.
