Input radio does not show in e-mail

    Hello,

    We created a form with a three conditional radio buttons, visibility is based on the choice that’s made in the dropdown above. (Reason to have done so, is to show custom pricing which is based on the combination of dropdown + radio button).

    When the form is submitted, the radio button input is not shown in e-mail (the correct label is shown, however).

    Could you please help us with this issue? Many thanks!

    Resolved! Had to change ‘Multiple Option Value’ to ‘option values’ instead of ‘option labels’
