Before purchasing your Premium version, I used FG PrestaShop to WooCommerce (free version) to import my prestashop website for testing.

I tried many times and I found that my catalog and product data could be imported correctly, but the images in the Catalog were completely inaccessible and the images in the Products It is only a small part of the image is being correctly imported, most of the images can not correspond (In my cpanel, I found all images has been imported to wp_content / upload / 2016 / xx).

I do not know if these errors are resolved when I purchase Premium version?

It may come from a long response time on your Prestashop site. You should increase the media timeout in the plugin settings.

I adjusted the value in “Timeout for each media”, I tried 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 600 seconds, it is the same situation, only a few images are visible.

Please update to the 3.6.1 version.
A bug has been fixed concerning the images containing some accented characters.
