    Hi folks,

The client has been using the free version of your plugin on their site successfully since last fall without issue. Sometime in the past two weeks (they are not certain of the exact date) the plugin started throwing warnings at the checkout screen that [field name] is a required field.

This appears to happen regardless of the type of field (number, text, or radio) and prevent completion of the checkout process regardless of what input is entered. If the fields are no longer made required the checkout can complete as normal but no data is passed along to the invoice or included on any emails generated by WooCommerce.

As usual in these situations, no changes have been made to the fields in some time. The site does run EventON with the Tickets add-on to generate the products being used in the checkout (which has worked flawlessly with your plugin until recently).

I have attempted to rollback the plugin as far back as 7.4.2 with no luck at all.

    Current Environment:

    • WordPress 6.4.3
    • WooCommerce 8.6.1
    • WooCommerce Checkout Manager 7.4.6

Any insights you can provide on what might be causing this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello mate! If you have a particular theme installed, could you kindly inform us?

Additionally, would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of the “WooCommerce” → “Status” → “WooCommerce Pages” page? This will greatly aid us in providing further assistance.

    Best regards, QuadLayers Support Team.

    ‘morning!

Sorry about that, the site is running Divi 4.24.2

Both the Cart and Checkout pages are using stock Divi modules in place of the [woocommerce_cart] and [woocommerce_checkout]? shortcodes.

    Cheers!

    Hi mate,

The “Divi” theme requires that the subpage set to Checkout contain a?[woocommerce_checkout]?shortcode. It often happens that users edit this subpage in DIVI Editor and remove the shortcode.Hi

Check if the following information appears in the status (WooCommerce > Status). It will be marked in red (when the state is open in the WP panel).

Check if it contains the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the woocommerce/checkout block.

Following the next steps to incluide shortcode in the checkout page:

    1) Divi -> Theme options -> Builder -> Enable Classic Editor

    2) Pages -> All pages -> Checkout -> Edit -> Return to Standart Editor -> Allow -> Check if it contains the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the woocommerce/checkout block.

    Best regards, QuadLayers Support Team.
