I’ve installed the plugin just fine. Settings are fine too, but when I visit the front-end of the site, the input fields are gone. They’re not even in the DOM at all.

Try opening the page in an incognito window. That will force your session to be unique, and should force the verifier to pop up.

If you’re logged in or if you have verified your age in your browser, the verifier will not pop up.

    Hope that helps!

I tried that but even then the input fields didn’t show up.

I changed the settings to the two buttons, and then back to the input fields. And now it works fine it seems.

Now I got another problem. After entering an age below 18, the pop-up is sending me back to the previous page in the tab’s history. Not sure what’s going on here.

    Hello!

Yes, that’s expected behavior. When someone enters the site for the first time, if they are not above the age of 18, it will kick them out of the site by sending them back one page in history. In most cases this is sufficient as the person would always see this verifier the first time they visit the site, and will as a result be kicked back to the page they were previous.

If you want the site to do something different, I suggest you check out the documentation here: https://github.com/alexstandiford/easy-age-verifier#custom-logic-filter

Easy Age Verifier has built in functionality to handle custom actions when a person submits the form and are below 18.
