    when you sent a message by clicking the arrow icon the input line text is not initialized to empty string, it contains the already sent message. It causes mistakes, the same message is sent more and more times.
    It happens on front (customer) and on back office (admin).

    The issue does not happens if you sent the message using the keyboard, pressing ENTER key.

    In PRO version 9.0 there is also a similar issue with the file thumb: after you sent the message the file thumb remain in the same position and the customer send the same file more then one time. This happens by clicking arrow icon but also by press the ENTER key or
