Input Data Error

We have been using Transdirect via the OzPost plug-in for some time now (as we also need to use Australia Post, and the Transdirect plug-in overrides all other shipping plug-ins). Yesterday the OzPost plug-in started to return the following error:

Perhaps not coincidently, for the first time yesterday, when we went to book a delivery by the Transdirect website, instead of immediately receiving the labels via email, we were given a message informing that “due to the delivery being over 25kg, this requires a manual review”. We then received an email asking for dimensions and photos of the package before issuing of the labels. Has Transdirect disabled the API due to changes in policies regarding heavy items by the carriers (TNT in particular)?
