Input cross-check on multiple serial numbers

I am setting up a service payment system for customers which will require them to enter product serial numbers to properly charge the correct amount. Is there a way to have these required serial numbers be cross-checked off a document on my server for authentication? My first thought was modding a multi-password form to make this work for me, unless there is a plug-in I haven’t found yet that will do this.
