Inner pages header background not loading

    Hi All

    Im having an issue with my inner pages header background refusing to load, at first it was simply inconsistent (would load locally but not remotely) but now it just wont load at all and i just get the grey background… the image is 1920×780 so basically what is suggested and is only 160kb in size

    any suggestions what i may be doing wrong? ive given mysql & wordpress docker a reboot to no avail.
