Inline SVG isn’t loading up

Hi,
My svg files aren’t loading the inline code when inserting it as an image. I have the “Output JS in Footer?” checked, and I see it in the html code but it’s not appending the class, style-svg, to my svg img tags. Even if I manually add the class to the image tag nothing happens. I have lazy loading turned off as well. Not sure what else to do. My current theme is Genesis.
