inline styles omitted?

Hi, this plugin is great but it breaks some of the CSS with the theme I’m using – JKreative. I think I’ve narrowed the issue down to some inline style the theme adds using wp_add_inline_style, it looks like your plugin deals with actual css files but omits any inline styles added programatically?
