inline “Reply:” link placement?

  • Messing around with several themes right now and I was wondering if there was a way to mess with the inline reply link? The only reference of it I’ve found is how to ADD it to begin with… But seeing it’s not a call in the comments area (but the header) I don’t know where to stick a DIV tag to wrap around it for editing.
