    Hello guys,

    I’m trying to use the plugin but i got a little bit confused here.

    In this page here the form is not working at all.

    As i was reading the forum and got some clues, i created a new page with the download count, the ‘pure’ contact form and the form with the same shortcode as the firts page. You can have a look here. And in this page everything seems to be fine. The theme that i’m using is Uncode, i’m not sure if something is blocking the form. Can you please give any hint?

    Hi @danilocorci,

    Thanks for reaching out and providing the additional page. You have to set up your WordPress to work with JSON requests. It’s required in order to use CF7 form. If you could also provide the shortcode you are using for EBD, CF7, and the download monitor plugins that may be helpful.

    Hello! It’s already a JSON site, i’m using CF7 in the contact page and in other forms in the website. The shortcode is [email-download download_id=”110962″ contact_form_id=”110843″]
    What is curious is that in the ‘test’ page it works but not in the one that i need. Is there anything that might block EBD?

    Hi @danilocorci,

    On the page that is not working, it happening because CF7 is reloading the page and it should not be. Ajax is not functioning properly on this page. This link should contain the solution.

    I found a solution, kind of a weird one but it is working. I just needed to put the complete CF7 shortcode and ‘display none’ on it. Now everything is working. The ‘test’ page was working because i had the CF7 shortcode + EBD shortcode on it.
