Inline Link Problem but Ajax is fine

Hi,

Trying to get this function:

Display a link to your file directly under the contact form once it is submitted.

But only getting this message when submitting form:

“Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.”

I read the piece about the Ajax functionality and I seem to be okay there. Here’s the test page I am building:
