3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing/succeeding

You mentioned above that the download monitor is invisible, which means there could be an issue with their plugin. We would recommend bringing this issue to their attention on their forum to see if there is anything happening with their plugin.

The problem is still active. In the first page I linked, still the download doesn’t start when I complete the form.

403 Error URL: https://digitalinnovationhubvicenza.it/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
The issue seems to be coming from an issue with the site/server setup. As we were able to download the file via inline link and email, but are no longer able to now. Now we are getting a 403 status code, which indicates that the server understood the request but refuses to authorize it. We would recommend checking the server/site setup.
