    Hi,

    I’ve been alerted to the fact that the inline download link is no longer showing after filling in the form. I’ve checked that the shortcode is correct and the IDs are pointing to the right places, and I cannot see anything going wrong in the console, so just wondering if you’re able to identify what’s going on here?

    Hi All,

    We just pushed in an update that might help with supporting the change made in the latest version of CF7. Could you please let us know if it still doesn’t work after updating EBD to version 6.3+.

    @mandsconsulting It doesn’t say there’s an update available. Does this take any time, or is there any issue?

    @jensvdp It can take 24 hours (but usually up to 12) before an update goes live after being published.

    Fingers crossed this fixes the issue, I’ll be sure to test it when it’s available.

    @mandsconsulting I’ve been able to update (WP 5.7.1 / EBD 6.3 / Inline / CF 5.4) and it’s working as expected.

    Thanks for listening and updating, it may have taken some time but it’s very much appreciated!

    I’ll leave the thread open briefly in case the others still have any issues.

    Watch out if you rolled back to a previous version of Contact Form 7 to keep things working. Looks like version 6.3 of EBD doesn’t work on older versions of Contact Form 7, so you need to upgrade that too.

    That is strange since we have tested the latest EBD with both the older and newer versions of CF7. Can you specify which specific version of CF7 you were using where it was broken? We’ll be curious to see if others also report a similar issue and can look into it.

    Thanks for your response.
    So we had some reports of the download links not appearing today, at which point we realised that the EBD plugin had automatically updated. We were holding back the updates on CF, keeping it on 5.3.2, so quickly updated our CF version assuming it might not be compatible, and this fixed the issue. We have just tried CF 5.3.2 again, and it all seems to be working with the new version of EBD. Possibly a server side caching issue after the auto update.

    @mandsconsulting, I can confirm it’s working fine here now after updating. Thanks for the fix!

    I can confirm as well, everything is worling fine here. CF7 5.4 / EBD 6.3
