I select Inline link for download multiple files.
But when i click to the link, an error page appear > page doesn’t exist.
The link to the url is for example : mysite.com/download/XXXX
I’ve url rewriting activate to the site with “name of article” configured.

How can i solved this problem ?
    I can’t desactivate url rewriting…

    Thanks

  • It’s difficult to say without seeing the page myself.

A couple of things you can check:

Make sure the field names in the CF7 form you created are “your-name” and “your-email” (without the quotes). EBD will not work properly if the email field is not called your-email. If yours is not your-email then change it and retest and see if it’s fixed.

If still not fixed, try checking the “Hide/Mask” setting in the EBD Settings and save the settings, then retest.

If that still doesn’t fix it, post a link to your page and the shortcode you are using in here.

Thank you so much! Unchecking the Hide/Mask worked ??
