Inline Form of Debit or Credit card delayed to show up

Currently, I can’t see the “Debit and credit card” gateway on your checkout page, so I’m unable to replicate the issue. Keep in mind that this gateway is displayed within an iframe by PayPal, and any delay in rendering is likely beyond the plugin’s control. However, it works smoothly on my end. PS. It is not related to plugin, but I also noticed an issue with the accordion functionality on your site, specifically on the page:

Is that your test please?

I checked this on my staging site and it loads/renders a bit quicker than on your checkout page. Try disabling all plugins to see if that speeds things up, as some might be affecting it.

However, there might be always slight delay because the plugin just displays data from PayPal, as its encapuslated iframe.

If Yes, does that mean there is a built-in test account in this plugin? If yes, what is the account of the debit or credit card for testing please?

No, there’s no built-in test account and I haven’t done any test payments, just observed the behavior of the gateway. You can use or generate test credit card numbers from PayPal’s sandbox here: https://developer.paypal.com/tools/sandbox/card-testing/.
