  • Hi, not recently , no.

Is is simply not working at all or are you seeing a message about content not beeing able to load? In that case it might be that you are using the class=”fancybox” but recently activated the Inline Content option on Settings > Media. Activating that option will make the class “fancybox” strictly for images only, while a dedicated class “fancybox-inline” comes available for inline content. If you change the link so it used the new class, it should work again.

If it’s not that, then please provide a link to your site. There might be a conflict with a (new or updated) plugin or your theme going on.

I just discovered this same problem on one of my sites on the Staff page, where I’m using it to show the Bios in overlays:

    https://www.growinggenerations.com/about-us/staff/

Oddly, an almost exact setup is working fine here on another site:

    https://kolbfertility.com/meet-us/our-fertility-team/

I’m properly using the “fancybox-inline” class on both, and the one not working is not shown any error in the console. All that happened is the URL in the address bar changes to include the #uniqueID.

    Any insight would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

Hi mpmchugh, from here (visiting from Europe on a Chrome browser) both sites work. In fact, not the first one but the second one has a problem: open a bio and then hit the forward arrow twice, the close button will disappear. To fix that, you’ll need to install the development version…

About site #1, are you logged in when it’s not working? Try logging out to see if that makes a difference.
