Inline “display: none” being added to .mctb-bar

    I’ve been testing the plugin and doing some styling to it for awhile now without problems, but my most recent change to a staging site I’m working on, the .mctb-bar is getting an inline “display: none” applied, which of course means the bar does not show. The bar is enabled in the settings and none of CSS changes the display. I have disabled and re-enabled it and I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin to no avail. What is going on?
