Inline Color in Blockquote and Paragraph Blocks

  • It’s been a few months since I wrote any new posts on my blog. When I came back to it, I found that the inline color settings in the block editing context menu for paragraph and blockquote blocks has been removed. I relied on that heavily, and I’m bummed. Is there any way in the visual editor to add inline color using the <span> tag, or am I stuck doing it in the HTML editor now?

    So no comments from anybody at all about this, huh? I guess I must be the only one who uses this. Guess it’s back to the old “classic” block for me to regain the functionality the other blocks once had in Gutenberg. Don’t worry. We know what’s best for you. You didn’t really want this capability in the first place. You’ll thank us later.
