Plugin is great but support 7 months without response changed 5 to 3 stars

Great job guys. This is the only plugin that works as supposed to with proper inline checkout. I solve issue with IPN on my own so I believe that everyting is fine now. Keep up with good work. Cheers!

This is not something that I like to do and I’m not doing things like that. To edit my review, that’s bad.
But Vitaly, beside excellent plugin that you made for Alidropship , I just think that you have some responsibilitie for your WP customers/users.
Its not a big deal to reply and resolve only one topic per month, nohing more. I was writing to you three times, 7 months ago and 3 and 2 months ago. No reply. It’s not just about me but no one who asked for a help didnt get any response from you. That is not fair and you know that because you know how would you feel to wait to any response 7 months.
I’m still using your plugin and I think that you made great plugin, which is probably the best 2Checkout Woocommerce plugin by now.
