Inline campaign integrated with ActiveCampaign not working

    Hello,

    I just created an “Inline” campaign that is integrated with my ActiveCampaign account and inserted via shortcode.

    The block is displayed, I can place the email and the button can be pressed.

    But when I click on the button… nothing happens.

    It does not show me the confirmation message, and the email is not added to the contact list in ActiveCampaign.

    I have another Popup campaign, which works fine, and it adds the contacts to ActiveCampaign.

    I really don’t know what it could be, can you help me with this?

    It looks like the website is under construction but from the console it looks like you have added some CSS to hide the branding due to which the campaign is not being displayed properly. Would you please remove that?

    Also, if the email is not being added to Active Campaign, please try with a new email address. Its possible that the email you are trying with has previously been unsubscribed from your Active Campaign list and it will require double optin before being added.

    In the meantime, so you do not miss leads, you can add the Monster Leads integration like this: https://optinmonster.com/docs/connect-monster-leads-optinmonster/
