Inline and Defer CSS without Aggregate

    Hi Frank,

    How to use “Inline and Defer CSS” feature in Autoptimize without activated “Optimize CSS Code”?
    I don’t want to use Optimize CSS Code because i want to avoid aggregate.

    php: 7
    related plugin that i use: w3 total cache, plugin organizer.
    currently testing plugin: wp asset clean up.
