Inline Accordion?

Hello,

is it possible to “open” individuals words like an accordion?

Like here:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt

I only want “dolor sit amet” to be highlighted (e.g. underlined or with a background color) and to have an accordion “^” sign which expands and then shows additional text.
Is that possible with the Pro-version?
