INKTHEMES NO NEW THEMES FOR MEMBERS

I have contacted Inkthemes support for months to resolve a issue with their “new theme” program with no acceptable solutions provided.

Inkthemes membership program ($147 upfront, $15 per month) promises one new theme per month and has not provided but (1) one “new” theme in over (6) six months.

They claim providing an update to an existing theme is the same as a new theme, IT IS NOT, other developers do not claim this exception.

As a substitution for providing new themes, they after member protests, offer a plugin or a graphics package and the value is not the same, not even close.

Until Inkthemes resolves this issue it might be wise to look for another solution as myself and others have.

Inkthemes offers very high quality themes and the are stable once installed, how they have fallen to this level of service is beyond me.

I’m still an Inkthemes member and not so patiently waiting any longer……….
