Injection After Content Post, but outside content

Hi Stefano.
I’m using the plugin to inject my CTA on each post by putting some shortcodes in Post section, After The Post Content of your plugin settings, and it works very well.

My issue is that I use a Text-To-Speech plugin to read the text in Content area and generate an audio file, but it read also the injected text.
Is it possible to inject code after but outside the content to prevent this issue?
