    When connecting my site to mailchimp, the Initial Sync never completes. I let it run for hours. I also uninstalled, reinstalled and went through the process and told it NOT to do the initial sync. It started the sync anyway and is stuck again.

    The logs say:

    The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    But no email was ever sent.

  • Hello, i have the same problem and the host doesn’t have anything blocked. It never ends, i wait 3 days. Now i have 0 product sync with my account.

    @frikimones, Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you using?
    – Are you on a shared hosting plan? If so, what’s the name of your host?
    – What PHP version are you using and what is the memory limit is set to?
    – Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?
    – Do you have any caching plugins or services running?
    – Have you tried a fresh uninstall or reinstall?
