Initial setup creates pages double

Hi,

first of all: thank you for this plugin! I just wanted to let you know that installing LifterLMS on my multisite created in each of them the according pages double.

I have a multisite with 3 blogs (german/english/russian). After installing I had in each of my blogs the pages created and doubled. So I had in each:

2x Courses
2x Memberships
2x My Courses
2x Purchases

It’s not a big problem, as I just deleted the double ones. But it’s probably something you want to take a look at.
