Initial Setup

You need a Plaid account. So, signup for an account on their website and then follow these directions:

Thanks for the quick reply. I’ve setup Plaid and now see the form. I’m using the test/sandbox mode to test payment from my personal bank and I can’t authenticate into my bank account. I’m certain I’m using the correct credentials. Could it be that I’m logged in to wordpress as an admin? I have both my test and live stripe keys on the website, and the sandbox key for plaid placed into the plugin.

If you’re in test, you need to use the test credentials. It should say this at the bottom of the browser as well.

Thank you so much that worked. Just FYI, USAA requires a PIN and I could not test payment in the sandbox mode. BofA worked perfectly.

I really appreciate your response rate and this plugin, it appears to be the only affordable option to integrate ACH on my site.

Sure. So that’s a constraint between USAA and Plaid I suppose. I don’t have any reach there.
