  • Hi @itiah. Thank you for trying these troubleshooting steps and letting us know what you’ve already tried.

    To confirm, your products are in stock and not virtual, is that right? Also, please check that all your product have prices. Finally, turn on debug logging in WooCommerce > Facebook or Marketing > Facebook. After a sync attempt, that will create a debug log that you can access in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Instead of pasting the log directly here, first paste it to Pastebin or Gist. Then return to this thread and paste the link to that file here.

    Hi @itiah. We haven’t heard from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.

    We are having the same issue – did you get this resolved? I have tried to reset the connection multiple times, products are all in stock but facebook just shows under items as importing feed but nothing is showing!
