    hey all,

    After filling out the initial message option in the plugin settings, and clicking on the floating icon afterwards, the initial message is not shown to the customers but suggested as an opening text to me. Maybe I’m missing something but I was hoping that the initial message was like a welcome message like ‘thank you for contacting us, leave you question below’… Did I do something wrong?

    Hi,

    That true – the initial message is the suggested message for your user to start chat.

    and in the same way, it will be useful to understand what user likes to talk about.

    for e.g. user clicked on floating style, to start the chat ..
    the initial message added where – {{url}}, i want to buy this product

    so based on the url, we can understand what user is talking about, and it saves time for your user to explain what they are taking about.

    {{url}} – based on this we can understand, where the user start chat, what they might be taking about
