    Hi All,

I’m new to WP and have recently set up two blogs on my web cluster. All is well except for a rather peculiar issue when the first connection (in lets say 10 minutes) is established (or trying to establish). The browser just waits, for what seem an eternity and only loads the requested page/site when it’s refreshed or button clicked again respectively.

This is my setup (all Debian):

    server1: load balanced web server
    server2: load balanced web server
    server3: mysql server

Now we have many other applications that regularly connect to the mysql box and this happen from both web servers. Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Oswald

That last sentence don’t make much sense. What I was trying to say is:

No other apps that connect to MySQL experiences this problem AND I’ve tested from both web servers and both have this issue. Also, there is no firewall involved.
