Inifinite Loop

I’m trying to add a new image to my current slider, however when I upload an image it doesn’t go thru–the uploaded image doesn’t appear where it should be, its just crunching forever…and if I check at the media gallery the image is uploading multiple copies to the server.. I have to close the slider upload in order to stop it from uploading more copies of the image…please help…
