Infusionsoft error bypasses Formlift Form, ugly result

    This is a referral partner add request. When the referral partner requests a Username that’s already in use, an ugly Infusionsoft error and the original form is presented. You can try a “charlieb” username in that form to see what I mean.
    How do we get that error message to present on the Formlift form?

    Unfortunately there is no way for FormLift to detect this before being sent to Infusionsoft at the moment. you can enforce the username being an email address by setting the username field validation type as email
