Infusion soft forms Support

First of all thanks for creating this plugin it has been a great help but can you please help me with this issue.

How can I add Infusion form ? Infusion soft form Support in AMP as I have just copied and pasted html and js code within it. But now its not working in my AMP version. Can you please help me as I have most of my forms in Infusion soft. But I am unable to figure out how to do it?
