Information visible when clicking ‘View ticket’ In email notification

    Hello again,

    I have tested the final setup for the plugin and am seeking to refine things a bit further.

    At this link there is an image of what is visible when the ‘View ticket’ link is clicked in the email received after purchase of a ticket:https://doonfest.org/Screen%20Shot%202025-01-21%20at%2023.15.41.png

    Why is there other ticket information in this view and how can I change/customise the icon at the bottom to the logo for the event?

    That is a very good question… there shouldn’t be ticketing information on that view. My Tickets doesn’t permit you to set up ticket sales information on the page that’s configured to show tickets. But it occurs to me that if you had set up ticket sales information and then *later* configured the page to be the one for showing tickets, that could happen. Is that possible?

    Two steps for the icon: 1) go to My Tickets > Ticket Settings. Change the setting “Image shown on tickets” to “Featured image for Event”. Then 2) set a featured image on your event.

    You were/are correct I had initially setup a couple of tickets under the ticket settings tab under the My Tickets tab on the left hand column in the Dashboard. I have removed them. It would be useful to be able to test the whole setup without me having to buy more tickets (Which I shall get refunded of course!) so until I do then I will assume that that part is resolved.

    When I change to the ‘featured image’ on the page then the featured image appears on the page at a massive size even though it is a small 330 pixel square image. I shall have to see how it can be sized better on the page.

    Hello again, Its been a while since I have been in touch and so far, after testing the setup, then most things appear to be functioning as they should. Its looking good except for the inclusion of some legacy information on the ticket that I can’t seem to get rid of. The block under the Friday in the linked image, is still visible. There must be a bit of code stuck somewhere! It doesn’t look good and its frustrating trying to work out how its appearing where it is. Is there a cache somewhere or a line of code somewhere in the setup where such a block could be generated from? The information contained in the block was deleted before I even made my original post here.

    Mark this as resolved! Found a reference to the offending old information on the Tickets page. Removed and resolved.
