Information to delete and limit the number of revisions.

I need to delete all post and page reviews. Can I install your plugin, delete the revisions and then delete the plugin?

Once the plugin is deleted, how can I limit the saving of revisions to a maximum of three?

I don’t have a lot of computer skills and I’m afraid of damaging the site.
