Information on the invoice numbering system

    Hello,

    I am currently using your extension on one of my sites (in the free version). I am fully satisfied with it and thank you for the work provided. I would now like to know if it is possible (even if it means switching to the paid version given the quality of the extension) to have a logic for numbering invoices (and credit invoices) that would follow on several separate sites?

    Example:
    A customer orders on mysite.com an invoice is generated in the LS-001-24 format
    A customer then orders on the site myothersite.fr an invoice is generated in the MLS-002-24 format
    A customer orders on mysitetest.com an invoice is generated in the WP-003-24 format

    Is this principle possible?

    Hi @jj34ls,

    Yes, this is possible right in the free version! See: Number format explained.

    You have also mentioned the credit invoice, that we call credit note (you can rename it in the document settings). This is one of the 3 extra documents, in addition to the proforma and the receipt, that you will find in the Professional extension.

    By the way, I forgot to mention that the “Number format” setting section is available per-document basis, so you can configure a different number format for each document ??
