Information does not come to the Google table

I successfully passed google authorization, there are no errors.
I entered and double-checked the 4 fields for the Google table correctly.
A green link button to the Google spreadsheet has appeared

After submitting the form, there are no errors in the console and there is a confirmation that the form has been submitted

However, this information does not appear in the Google Spreadsheet
