Information about sub orders is not completed

    Hi,

    My website is a marketplace where orders are placed for multiple simultaneous suppliers.

    I use the Woocommerce and Dokan Plugin for this function.

    I realized that within WooCommerce when dividing into 2 separate orders, the Billing and Delivery data are not loaded completely, missing Number and Neighborhood data for example.

    How to fix?

    Are you using a custom field for this information?

    Dokan will only show default WooCommerce fields along with the sub-orders. Can you please share a screenshot and mark the information that is missing in the sub-orders? Are these available in the parent order?

    Hello @rur165

    I’m not using any custom fields. They are the ones of WooCommerce.

    Note that in the parent order the data appears correctly, but in the child orders, data such as House number, neighborhood and CPF do not appear.

    I just checked in a fresh WooCommerce and Dokan installation, I got the same list of information in both parent order and sub-orders.
