information about plugin and ask?

Hi,
I already have woo commerce product vendors but I have run into a problem that I think that your plugin wwould be suitable to fix.

With your plugin would I be able to restrict access to the site so that vendors could sign up and upload their products edit and view their shop. However, (since I would be building an inventory of handmade products) I would like to restrict the access of products by other vendors. This means that vendors would be restricted to viewing only the products that they have uploaded. Obviously this means that products and categories would be affected. Would this be possible with your plug in?

Also since I have already paid for product vendors I was wondering whether you could tell me about the differences between this plug in and the PV plugin. For example would I have the same access to pay pal? How quickly can you turn around tickets for support? Thanks for considering my questions.
