    Hi,

    I need to know that can a user use this plugin for internal notifications like notification to database.
    I need to send notification to users in there bell icon.

    Hi,

    not really with the base plugin, but you could use BuddyPress plugin with Notification : BuddyPress free extension and get that feature.
