Hi,
I’m interested in your plugin, I’ve a few question:
– can we assign a category to a user list? (and use this category to filter users?)
– the newsletter could take the users from the category filter (as described above)?
– to send mail/newsletter do you use your own script or also external services (mailup, mailchimp and in this case how works? We have to login to Mailchimp/mailup or we use the plugin itself)

Yes, https://zerobscrm.com/feature/contacts/ you can tag and segment your contacts.

Yes, if using our Mail Campaigns extension: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v4wwA-V0eiw

You can use Mail Campaigns above to send using any SMTP setup, or alternatively we have other options (i.e. you can connect to Mailchimp, ConvertKit or AWeber)
