    Hello how are you? We have been using your plugin for years for a non-profit organization that protects animals and so far it has been very useful for managing online appointments for free dog and cat neutering. But we have a drawback… The NGO can only enable 100 weekly appointments for free veterinary care for 100 animals, the problem is that more than one person reserves the same appointment and we would like that not to happen, since logically it brings us problems with people. Up to 12 people have booked the same appointment (on the same day and time) at the same time! We wanted to know if this plugin in its paid version fixes that problem. Because if so, we would be interested in acquiring it. We want to be able to book an appointment per person (at a certain time) and that when that appointment is automatically reserved it is blocked for the rest of the people. This is possible?     Hello,

    I’ll be happy to assist you.

    You can set required limitations in the free version. If you need to allow to book only one place per time slot, please open the service settings on the Services page and set the option Maximum booking count per time slot to 1.

    In addition you can use restriction options on the User interface tab of the settings page:

    Allow only one booking per slot from an email

    Allow only one booking per day from an email

    Allow only one booking per service from an email

    Hello!
    Our problem is that, in 1 minute, more than thirty people book the same appointment at the same time. For example; an appointment is at 10:00 a.m. and this appointment is booked by a person, as the plugin does not block this reservation or mark it as “booked” another person goes and book at the same time, 10:00 a.m. Later this second person realizes that in reality his appointment was not reserved for him and of course he gets frustrated.
    Is there a way for the plugin to mark booked appointments as “booked” or “taken”? So that it does not allow two people at the same time to complete the form to make the same appointment on the same day and time

    Hello,

    Please, clarify – do you mean update data about available time slots after time slots and booking form are already shown? If so, I’m sorry but unfortunately in the current version there is no such option.
